Q.  Will Hosted Microsoft Exchange allow me to share my calendar, contacts and public folders?
A.  Yes. TEAM’s solution offers collaboration for all users within the same domain. You can schedule meetings and share calendars with other users.  Even better, you can create contacts a Global Folder to be shared by all Exchanges users on your domain, as well as set up, managed and modify Public Folders for the same set of users.

Q.  How is Hosted Microsoft Exchange accessed by end users?
A.  TEAM supports Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 and Entourage 2008 email clients. Outlook Web Access (OWA) provides access over a web browser (Internet Explorer is the recommended browser; Firefox allows a limited feature set).

Q.  What wireless options are available to access Hosted Microsoft Exchange?
A.  TEAM offers access options with the leading wireless technologies. BlackBerry Enterprise Server licenses from Research in Motion (RIM) and ActiveSync for Windows Mobile devices (including Direct Push technology).

Q.  Can we use existing email addresses?
A.  Yes. Our TEAM Support Team will walk you through the setup process.

Q.  Does Hosted Microsoft Exchange run on a dedicated server for each customer or is it shared?
A.  TEAM’s Hosted Microsoft Exchange runs in a shared environment. This is the most cost effective way for customers to take advantage of the features of Exchange.

Q.  What happens when a user approaches their storage quota?
A.  The user is warned via email they are nearing their storage quota.  The domain administrators specficies the storage policy for the domain.

Q.  Is there a minimum number of email accounts required?
A.  Yes. The $10/account pricing is based on a 5 account minimum.
